How to use these keywords
- Only add a keyword you can honestly back up with real experience. The list above shows what gets mentioned, not what to claim.
- Put your strongest matches in your Skills section, then again inside a bullet that shows you using the skill with a real result.
- Mirror the exact wording where you can: "Power BI" and "Excel" are searched as those words, not as "data tools."
- Don't keyword-stuff. A Skills section with every term on this page reads as padding to the person who opens the file.
- Run the finished resume through the ATS resume checker against a real posting before you send it.

- Customer support: Used Customer support to handle the core day-to-day work, catching problems early instead of after they reached a deadline or a customer.
- Communication: Known for Communication under pressure, which kept projects moving when deadlines got tight.
- Troubleshooting: Used Troubleshooting to handle the core day-to-day work, catching problems early instead of after they reached a deadline or a customer.
Methodology
We take every Customer Service Representative posting on our own job board (published or archived, any status beyond pending or rejected) and search each description for a case-insensitive, word-boundary match of each term in the dictionary above. The percentage is the share of postings where that term appears at least once; it does not weigh how many times a term appears, or where in the posting it sits. A posting can match several keywords in the same category. Results refresh daily as new postings come in and old ones archive. This counts phrase mentions in real postings, not resumes, and a term can appear in a posting without being a hard requirement, so use the percentages as a starting point for research, not a strict checklist.
FAQ
Should I add every keyword on this page to my resume?
No. Add a keyword only if you genuinely have that skill or experience. The percentages show what Customer Service Representative postings mention most often, not a list to copy. Claiming a skill you do not have gets the resume past the keyword search and then falls apart in the interview.
How often is this data updated?
The numbers refresh daily as new postings for this role come in and older ones archive out of the live board, so the percentages move slowly over time rather than staying fixed.
Where does this data come from?
Our own job board: 74 Customer Service Representative postings collected from Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and United States job boards. We search each posting's description for the dictionary terms above and report the share that mention each one.
