Refund Policy - GetJobTools

Effective 2026-09-24. Every tool on getjobtools.com is free to use. This page covers money you pay for Pro: refunds, renewals and cancelling.

Who handles your payment

Payments for Pro are handled by our payment provider: it takes the payment, collects any sales tax or VAT that applies, sends your receipt and pays out refunds. Our Terms of Service apply to every purchase.

Full refund within 7 days

Not happy with Pro? Ask within 7 days of a payment and we refund all of it, including any sales tax or VAT you were charged. This covers your first payment and every renewal. You don't need to give a reason.

After 7 days

After 7 days we don't refund the rest of a period that has already started, except where the law gives you a right to a refund, as set out below. You can still cancel at any time so you aren't charged again.

EU, EEA and UK consumers

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of the day your order is confirmed. When you ask for Pro to start straight away, you ask for the service to begin during those 14 days. If you cancel after the 7-day full refund but within the 14 days, you get the price back minus an amount in proportion to the days Pro was already on. The right ends once the paid period has been fully supplied, for example when a 1-week pass runs out.

Renewals and cancelling

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, you aren't charged again, and your account then goes back to Free. The 1-week pass is a single payment and never renews. A price change never affects a period you've already paid for.

How to ask for a refund or cancel

Send us a message through the contact form or email support@getjobtools.com. Include the email address you paid with and the order number from your receipt. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with; your bank may take a few days to show the money.

If something went wrong with a payment, please tell us before you dispute the charge with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.
