Loop law firm located on the Daley Plaza near the Blue Line is looking for an administrative assistant who is bright, eager to learn, familiar with excel, mail merge, data sets and systems and who possesses a reliable work ethic. Duties include scanning and filing case files, delivering and checking documents at governmental offices, circuit court courtesy copies, business at the Cook County Treasurer and County Clerk's Office, billing system management, new client set up, emailing invoices, accounts receivable, general office errands, answering the telephone, taking messages, providing deposition support, making copies, front reception, and other general law firm tasks.
