Construction Project Manager (Full Time Position)

We, at AIG Australian Infrastructure Group Pty Ltd are looking for a reliable hardworking experienced individual that is proud of their work and wants to achieve the best possible results for our company and our clients. The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated accountability for performance and productivity.

  • Manage subcontractors and trades - primary project point person in dealing with clients, authorities and other project stakeholders.
  • Oversee the day to day progress of your assigned projects.
  • Prepare tenders and contract bids.
  • Plan, schedule, implement, operate and coordinate activities/work programs to meet deadlines.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Handle quality control – oversee standard and progress of subcontractors’ work.
  • Inspect all work.
  • Negotiate bills with subcontractors.

Qualifications/Skills Required: Degree Level and /or Five years relevant work experience.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per annum
