GetJobTools gives job seekers and students free tools for every step of a job search: a resume builder with PDF and Word downloads and no watermark, an ATS resume checker, cover letter and letter writers, and salary and notice-period calculators. We also list open jobs and upcoming career fairs across the US, UK, Canada and Australia, each linked to its original source.
The role
You will build relationships with universities, career services, student groups and community organizations. You will research potential partners, prepare outreach lists, and send tailored emails and messages that introduce our free tools and guides. You will track replies and follow-ups in a shared sheet, answer partner questions, gather feedback from the communities you reach, and share what you learn with the founder. The role also includes light admin work: keeping the contact list up to date and preparing a short weekly summary of outreach results.
What we're looking for
- Clear, friendly written English and professional email etiquette.
- Research skills: finding the right partners and checking details.
- Organized and self-directed, comfortable working remotely.
- Experience in outreach, partnerships, student services or career services is a plus, not required.
