Are you a passionate sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities? We're looking for an energetic and commercially minded Sales Representative to join our OEM team in Oakleigh, Melbourne.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager - OEM, you'll take ownership of an established territory and portfolio of customers within the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by growing market share, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the continued success of a global industry leader.

What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted partner to our customers, you will:

• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with OEM customers, becoming their go-to business partner
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sustainable sales growth and increase market share
• Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies that deliver outstanding commercial outcomes
• Manage and support the marketing and sales activities of the OEM division within your territory
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and distributor partners to achieve shared business objectives
• Coach and support distributor sales teams, helping them maximise opportunities and deliver growth
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
  
  

What You'll Bring

You are a motivated sales professional with a strong track record of delivering results and building lasting customer relationships.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in field sales, business development, key account management or a similar customer-facing role
• A proven ability to identify opportunities, win new business and grow existing accounts
• Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Commercial acumen and sound decision-making capabilities
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for achieving sales targets
