Full time, 38 hours per week | AUD 80,000–90,000 per annum plus superannuation

Print Logistics is a Melbourne-based commercial printing, signage and promotional products company serving commercial and trade customers across Australia. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to take carriage of our marketing function and help grow our commercial client base.

Key responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, you will:

• Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across our print, signage and promotional product lines
• Manage our digital presence, including website content, product listings, SEO, email marketing and social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn for B2B reach
• Produce marketing materials, capability statements and promotional content for commercial and trade customers
• Support tender and proposal submissions for corporate and government print contracts
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new segments and opportunities
• Maintain the CRM, manage lead capture and follow-up, and report on campaign performance and return on marketing spend
• Coordinate external designers, print partners and suppliers
• Support trade show and promotional event activity

About you

• At least five years of relevant experience, or three years with an acceptable formal qualification (Bachelor degree or higher in marketing, communications, business or a related field)
• Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms, social media and website content management
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting on marketing performance
• Understanding of B2B marketing and customer acquisition
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Well organised and able to manage competing deadlines

Desirable

• Experience in printing, signage, promotional products or a related B2B or manufacturing environment
• Experience preparing tender or proposal content
