Marketing Specialist

As our social-led Marketing Specialist, you'll report to and support our Marketing Manager in a hands-on role with plenty of variety. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering brand and product launch campaigns, developing and managing our social media strategy, briefing content, and managing PR for the Lifely and Cushie brands. You'll also handle the day-to-day management of our social media and PR agencies, working with them to drive growth across our social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the development of our social media strategy and leading its execution for Lifely and Cushie across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada and the UK
• Planning and delivering marketing campaigns, such as new product launches, brand ambassador collaborations and sales campaigns, across the full marketing channel mix (social, website, email and PR)
• Planning monthly content and briefing it to our agency and internal team, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and in full
• Analysing weekly and monthly performance and sharing results and key insights with the team
• Working with the performance marketing team to supply ad-ready content, review performance and refine strategy based on insights
• Liaising with the email team on campaign launches that need email support
• Working with the ecommerce team to keep marketing campaigns consistent with website activity and promotions
• Overseeing community management and ensuring SLAs are met
• Assisting with special events and photoshoots, such as consumer activations and influencer

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in marketing roles, with a strong focus on social media
• A degree in marketing, commerce or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in social media management, analysis and content creation, including native analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across the full channel mix
• Experience with PR campaigns, including influencer and brand ambassador campaigns
• Experience briefing and managing social media or PR agencies
• Experience in consumer or DTC brands
• Ability to build and interpret weekly and monthly reporting dashboards
• Experience working with brand, ecommerce, email and performance marketing teams
• Experience with content calendar, briefing or workflow tools
• Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently and help drive growth
• Comfortable being in front of the camera for the occasional piece of content
• Eligible to work in and currently residing in Australia
• Experience marketing across multiple international markets is a plus (e.g. NZ, USA, Canada, UK)
• Experience with GA4 and Shopify analytics is a plus
