Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing

Job Description Renishaw is an innovative engineering company with a proud history of delivering measurement, calibration and precision manufacturing solutions to some of the most complex engineering processes in the world. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist working from our Americas HQ in West Dundee, IL.
We are looking for a creative, innovative, collaborative, and analytical person to join our marketing team to support our digital transformation while creating fantastic customer experiences. We are looking for someone that has experience with B2B and marketing automation platforms. This role will require significant time working with and utilizing our automation platform (Marketo) You will work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and other duties as assigned.
Providing support to the ‘marketing operations’ side of our marketing automation management and development.

~ Designing, creating, and implementing content, process flows and automation to support the buyer journey.

~ Support and consult our divisional & regional marketing teams to help them specify and achieve their goals from U.S. marketing programs.

~ Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and channels.

~ Develop and maintain persona-focused multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with colleagues across the marketing organization.

~ Assist in the management of our Martech stack and marketing data.

~ Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities

~ Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature

~ Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications

~ Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites

Marketing degree preferred; or 4+ years of marketing experience in a similar role.

~ Knowledge of CRM and MA systems within a B2B company. Strong listening, communications, and networking skills to enable excellent collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

~ Basic knowledge of web design including. HTML, ideally JavaScript and databases (SQL) JSON and working with APIs.

~ Basic understanding of data privacy regulations
4+ years of experience in marketing
~ Some college or equivalent business to business work experience.
~ Proficient with standard office productivity tools including MS Office, CRM systems, webinars, and social media
~ Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing technologies
~ Excellent communication skills and comfortable with multi-tasking and shifting priorities
~ Analytical skills and data-driven thinking


Bachelor of Arts or Science in Marketing degree or relevant field.

~ Self-starter with growth mindset, willing to experiment with new ideas and take calculated risks
