Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bookkeeper-Customer Service professional to join our team. This role combines financial record-keeping with front-line customer interaction, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent service. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, a friendly demeanor for greeting customers, and the ability to manage inventory and reconcile accounts accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage inventory tracking and updates related to fuel products and other items.
• Handle phone routing efficiently, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
• Utilize general computer knowledge to operate bookkeeping software and other office applications.
• Provide knowledgeable support regarding purchases to customers.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to greet and assist customers effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes.
• Experience with account reconciliation and financial record maintenance.
• General computer proficiency, including familiarity with bookkeeping software and office applications.
• Knowledge of fuel products and related industry terminology is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage phone routing and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation details: 18-21 Hourly Wage
