Sales Clerk

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our team. • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Sales Support: Drive sales by identifying customer needs, suggesting complementary products, and closing sales effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and uses of housewares and cookware items.
• Merchandising: Assist in the display and arrangement of products, ensuring the store is neat, organized, and visually appealing.
• Inventory Assistance: Support stock management by helping with restocking shelves, checking inventory levels, and assisting with product labeling.
• Checkout Support: Operate the cash register, handle customer transactions accurately, and manage exchanges or returns in line with store policies.
• Promotions and Events: Engage customers with current promotions, special offers, and in-store events. Help with marketing initiatives, such as creating product displays or participating in social media content.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store team to meet sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.

• Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Product Passion: Interest in housewares, cookware, and a desire to share product knowledge with customers.
• Customer Focused: Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic IT Skills: Comfortable using POS systems, basic computer skills, and familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
• Language: Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
