About this role

Nurse with an explorer’s spirit, this opportunity is for you!

Do you dream of discovering the breathtaking landscapes of the North while taking on an extraordinary professional experience?

Join our next cohort for Expanded Role Training, planned for around February 2027, and get ready to push your limits while growing professionally and clinically!

What makes this training unique:

  • Paid training provided by MON+, approved by Health Canada, Emploi-Québec and the OIIQ.

What you’ll gain:

  • Specialized expertise in primary care within northern nursing stations.

  • The opportunity to discover Indigenous communities and learn about their rich cultures.

  • An expanded clinical skill set to respond effectively to critical situations.

  • Work schedules tailored to YOUR availability, giving you greater flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.

Why work with MON+?

  • Meal allowance and reimbursement for travel time and expenses.

  • Competitive compensation that reflects the value of your expertise.
