About this role
- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for an assigned customer portfolio.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes, coordinating solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Partner with Sales to deliver outstanding customer experience across the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide product expertise and recommend solutions that meet customers' safety and protection needs.
- Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or other CRM systems preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (French and English) verbal and written. To fulfill the responsibilities of this role, the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both French and English. The position requires ongoing interaction with colleagues, leaders, and business partners located outside Quebec, particularly in other Canadian provinces and the United States, where English is necessary for effective collaboration and business operations.
