Key responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable and scalable software applications aligned with client requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following industry best practices and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical input, and deliver solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to ensure technical accuracy and system stability.
- Apply continuous improvement practices by researching emerging technologies and integrating innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with software development methodologies, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Manage version control, deployment processes, and documentation to support ongoing project delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (AQF Level 7 or equivalent).
- Postgraduate qualifications in advanced software development or systems design are advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ professional experience in software development, preferably within technology services or client‑focused projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable, practical, and scalable solutions in fast‑changing digital environments.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and database management.
