The Role
We are looking for a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse to join our Narre Warren, VIC practice to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experience team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive care for all patients. This role will be performed on casual-basis and requires minimum 2-3 shifts per week, or more.
The Tasks
Performing health assessments
Administering vaccines
Post vaccination observations and monitoring
Triaging patients and prioritization of emergency situations
Assisting GP with minor procedures
Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical data
Wound dressings and removal of sutures
Health education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goals
The Successful Candidate
AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse
Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting
Knowledge of Health Assessment is highly regarded
Strong organisational and time management skills
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
A passion for people and a personable approach
Must be available to work minimum 2-3 shifts per week or more.
