Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Sydney

We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing from strategy through to execution. Working within a small team, you'll be a self-starter who manages campaigns independently, solves problems and keeps projects moving with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns
Lead brand-building and consumer marketing initiatives
Manage marketing projects, timelines and traffic across multiple priorities
Create and coordinate campaign, menu and creative assets
Use data and insights to measure performance and identify opportunities
Test, learn and optimise to drive growth
Work across B2B, consumer and creative marketing as needed
Manage a lean marketing budget and find practical, cost-effective solutions

Qualifications

Proven experience running campaigns from start to finish
Strong consumer marketing and brand-building background
Comfortable working independently and making decisions with minimal guidance
Data-driven, commercially minded and results-focused
Experience in hospitality, QSR, food and beverage, or a growth-stage brand is highly advantageous
Experience marketing to young professionals, with knowledge of Sydney, is a strong advantage
Energetic, proactive and confident, with a genuine "leave it with me, I'll get it done" attitude
