About

I design apps that people open when they are a little stressed: about money, or about their health. I start with research, sketch fast, test with real users every two weeks, and hand off files that engineers can build without guessing. Below are three case studies with the numbers they moved.

Featured case study

Rebuilding onboarding for a budgeting app

Case study: research, flows, user tests and a staged rollout.

Two thirds of new users left before linking a bank account. Interviews showed the ask came too early and felt risky. We moved it after a first budget, explained why we needed it in one line, and let people try with sample data first.

Recommendations

“Jordan changed how we decide. We now test an idea with five users before we argue about it, and our roadmap is better for it.”
